About new resident portal / Nuevo portal de residentes
The new resident portal is not very user-friendly. I was able to log in the first time from my phone with telephone assistance,... but I was not able to log in again from that device. I currently log in from my computer and I cannot find a button that allows me to pay. The design of this new portal really lacks visual quality and accessibility.
El nuevo portal de residentes es poco amigable. Pude entrar la primera vez desde mi telefono con ayuda telefonica pero no pude entrar mas desde ese dispositivo. Actualmente entro desde la computadora y no encuentro un boton que me permita pagar. Thank you for your feedback on the new resident portal. We understand that the transition can be challenging, and we appreciate your patience.
The portal is available for rent payments until rent is considered late. Once a payment is past due, the portal will no longer allow online payments. At that point, residents have the option to pay using WIPS or a cashier’s check.
