Clarification Regarding Rent and Water Payment(January 2026)
On January 1st, I made the rent payment. Since the website did not allow me to break down the payment as I intended, I was... unable to do so properly.
I did not make the water payment, and I want it to be clear that the $84 that were not paid correspond only to the water bill, not to rent, pest control, or trash services.
This month, the water bill came with an excessively high amount, and until I receive an explanation of what happened, I will not proceed with the payment.
I would also like to inform you that this message is being sent to all parties involved in this matter.

The application process went very smoothly. Everyone was so polite & nice. I understood everything throughout the process... because they took their time to explain anything I may have been confused about. The move in process was a bit hectic at the beginning. I had maintenance still working to fix a few things in my unit & I couldn’t move right away on the date they set. But 2 hours later though everything was done & we began to move things into the unit. I’ve had a few issues & they’ve went above & beyond to get it done. I don’t think I’ve waited longer than a few hours to a day to get something looked at & fixed. Overall it’s been very laid back & less hectic than I thought it would be to get moved in & settled in. That’s because of the amazing staff at providence! About new resident portal / Nuevo portal de residentes
The new resident portal is not very user-friendly. I was able to log in the first time from my phone with telephone assistance,... but I was not able to log in again from that device. I currently log in from my computer and I cannot find a button that allows me to pay. The design of this new portal really lacks visual quality and accessibility.

Thank you for your feedback on the new resident portal. We understand that the transition can be challenging, and we appreciate your patience.
The portal is available for rent payments until rent is considered late. Once a payment is past due, the portal will no longer allow online payments. At that point, residents have the option to pay using WIPS or a cashier’s check.
